With more than 4,000 runners from 49 states and 37 countries the Big Sur Marathon is one of the country’s most scenic marathons. Beginning July 15, 2015 registration drawings for the April 30, 2017 Big Sur International Marathon opens. Registration for other non-marathon events begin September 1, 2016. Benefiting local charities the Big Sur International Marathon has gifted local charities with nearly $4 million dollars since its inception.
