The next regularly scheduled tour of Ed "Doc" Rickett's Doc's Lab is Saturday, October 13, 2012. Tours are led by The Cannery Row Foundation and this upcoming tour date is being conducted to honor Harlan Watkins and the Pacific Biological Laboratory, Inc. private men's club that stewarded the Lab from the early 1950s until its sale to the City of Monterey in 1993. It was another amazing weekend filled with music and fun out at the Monterey Jazz Festival. As the official hotel sponsors of the festival, the Inns of Monterey hosted a special tent for viewing a short video presentation of the hotels.
