Celebrate the warmth of the holidays with a four-course dinner, priced at $145.00 per person, inclusive of all costs.
The evening begins with a welcome reception. Guests can enjoy champagne and a signature Dickens Cocktail. This festive whisky punch is crafted from a cherished recipe. It pairs beautifully with Pacific Oysters prepared with pomegranate granita and Caviar Blinis. Every element of this meal is designed to immerse guests in the spirit of the season.
Multi-Course Whisky Dinner
The four-course dinner features thoughtfully curated dishes by Executive Chef Steven Patlan. Each course is paired with fine whiskies that reflect the themes of Christmas Past, Present, and Future. This modern twist on Charles Dickens' beloved tale, A Christmas Carol, invites you to indulge your senses.
Christmas Past
The first course, titled Christmas Past, introduces two exquisite Japanese whiskies: Hibiki Harmony and Kikori Rice Whisky. These smooth spirits complement Chef Patlan's Nori-Crusted Diver Scallops. The scallops are served with roasted Japanese sweet potato, smoked brown butter truffle honey, and marinated seaweed. This dish embodies the rich flavors of a traditional holiday dinner.
Christmas Present
Next, the second course showcases American whiskey spirits. Enjoy Maker's Mark Estéban Private Reserve Bourbon and Basil Hayden's Dark Rye paired with Pan-Seared Duck Breast. This dish features forbidden black rice, coconut milk, huckleberry glaze, and crispy delicata squash. The combination of flavors captures the essence of the present holiday season.
Christmas Future
The third course, Christmas Future, highlights rich and complex profiles of Scotch whisky. Guests will savor Speyburn Arranta Casks and a 12-year-old Bowmore Sherry Oak. This pairing complements Chef Patlan's Snake River Farms Wagyu Zabuton Block Steak, served with dry-aged beef fat potato purée and pickled mustard seeds. Sweet Finale
To conclude this exceptional evening, Chef Patlan presents a Sticky Toffee Pudding. This dessert features caramelized pear, whisky butterscotch, and caramel sea salt gelato, all encased in spiced crispy phyllo. This indulgent treat is paired with "the other spirit," Nirvana Paul John Indian Whisky.
