Following the 10am July 4th parade through downtown Monterey, a barbecue and entertainment will kick off on the the grounds of City Hall, Pacific Street. Admission is free. Entertainment includes: Monterey Community Band at 11 a.m.; the Money Band at noon; The Coats at 1:30 p.m.; and Pop Fiction at 3:00 p.m. There will also be carnival games, face painting, balloon artists, jump houses, and great food for sale all day.
