Spirit West Coast opens Wednesday, June 30 for full-event ticket holders, with a late night concert that kicks off at 8:30pm. Throughout the festival a virtual “who’s who” of the Christian music scene entertains nearly non-stop. Look for performances from ‘Jars of Clay,’ ‘Newsboys,’ ‘Third Day’ and more. Comedians Bob Smiley and Ron McGeehee will provide the laughs and speaker such as Nick Vujicic, Phil Joel and more will offer inspiration. Spirit West Coast - Monterey debuted in 1997 at the Laguna Seca Recreation Area. 2010 will mark year number fourteen in Monterey, and many music insiders claim the Monterey festival is the absolute highest-quality Christian festival in the country.
