Chef Tom Snyder will participate in the Monterey Bay Aquarium's Cooking for Solutions Gala preparing a savory butternut squash tagine with jicama apple slaw. Join the culinary party, Friday, May 16th 7:30-10:30 where 90 restaurants, 60 wineries and 11 craft beer makers will offer a range of sustainable dishes and drinks among the aquarium's exhibits and ocean view decks.
