This year celebrate Fourth of July weekend in Monterey with star-spangled excitement during the annual 4th of July Parade. Beginning at 10:00 am elaborate floats, musical units and guest celebrities will pass along downtown Monterey. The Big Little Backyard BBQ and entertainment immediately follows from 11:00 am – 4:30 pm on the historic grounds of Colton Hall with free carnival games, face painting, balloon artists, and jump houses. Free trolley rides will be available on The Wave, running now through Labor Day. Providing transportation to Downtown Monterey, Fisherman's Wharf, Cannery Row and the Monterey Bay Aquarium. Look for the green MST Trolley signs to board along the route.
