Join us Thursday, December 25, 2025, from 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm and feast on our delicious 3-Course Christmas Dinner Menu and choose from 2 Starters, 4 Entrées, and 2 Desserts.
FIRST COURSE
House Focaccia & Whipped Butter with a choice of:
• Roasted Beet Salad — caramelized pear, Mojo microgreens, Manchego cheese, pickled beet stems, pesto, dukkah, citrus vinaigrette
• Truffled Mushroom Bisque — aged sherry vinegar
SECOND COURSE
Choose from:
• Porcini Crusted Prime Rib — dry-aged beef fat mashed potatoes, broccolini, garden herbs au jus, creamy horseradish
• Grilled Swordfish — chermoula yogurt, Manzanilla olive & date tabouli, mint, pomegranate molasses
• Champagne Butter Poached Lobster Risotto — cold water lobster tail, mascarpone, gremolata, micro mustard greens
• Grilled Avocado — chermoula yogurt, Manzanilla olive & date tabouli, mint, pomegranate molasses
DESSERT
Choose from:
• Eggnog Basque Cheesecake — spiced whipped cream
• Chocolate Pot de Crème — spiced whipped cream, vanilla wafer crumble
Guests can savor our Christmas Dinner Meal Special for $91 per person or have the option to choose à la carte dishes from a limited Estéban Restaurant’s California-inspired Spanish menu. A limited Children's Menu will be available.
