Estéban Restaurant is offering a new way to celebrate Tuesday nights with a pre-fixe Paella menu for two. “It’s supposed to be a fiesta, a party, you get a bunch of plates and share them and commune over your food”, says Chef Snyder. The authentic, Spanish Paella offerings include Paella Del Mar, De Tierra, and Paella Negra. Paella Del Mar (from the ocean) features a rich assortment of chorizo, prawns, mussels, and clams, while De Tierra (from the land) offers savory sausage, lamb and chicken.
