Any visit to Estéban is not complete without an order of our authentic Spanish paella. With three options to choose from you’re bound to find one that electrifies your taste buds. Our Paella de la Tierra is made with sausage, lamb, and chicken while our seafood Paella del Mar is made with prawns, mussels, clams, and chorizo. And if you’re really bold, be sure to try our Paella Negra, made with Monterey calamari, Serrano ham, and squid ink (yes, it turns your tongue black!). Sure we have an amazing selection of Monterey and Spanish wines, but if there is one drink to knock your socks off, our Boss Anna Margarita is it. Crafted by our very own Bartender Anna, this margarita has become a famous drink from around the Peninsula. Made with Partido Silver, our house made simple syrup, Grand Marnier & fresh lime juice.
